In able to create a reminiscence of Wong Kar Wai's aesthetics, which are nostalgic and dreamy footages of normal people who's trying to survive through days, just to make their life more "make sense" of everything and valuable, me and my members trying to come up with ideas that can suit the mood and concept of the song, also match the Wong Kar Wai's general looks in most of his films. Throughout our researches and discussions, we found and spot some important elements should be included in our photoshoot and music video. 

1 ⭒ EXPERIMENTAL PHOTOS & VIDEOS

One of the main characteristics of  Wong Kar Wai is the way that he always have one main color scheme, despite some different colors can overlapped the main one, however, the main color still outstanding and constant throughout the films. Like I mentioned before, each film have their own color, as to represent the mise en-scene, the background story and more. Here are some examples that I have taken in terms of applied the color in follow of Wong Kar Wai's style. 

This is the photos which we experimental low lighting and colors. These two photos were convey the color of  "In The Mood For Love", since the main colors in these 2 photos were consist mostly yellow, brown and a bit of red. We thought "In The Mood For Love" color scheme would be fantastic as "Fallen Angels". However, these two photos were taken under a natural condition, without the affection of any artificial light, therefore I would say its appealing is good, yet it still not strong enough to convey everything that the music video want to brings. 

( I put all of my experimental shots and videos in a drive, most of them follow the

 same color grading schemes, and we try all the shots such as close up, medium shots and more )

2 ⭒ LOCATION SCOUTING

This process was not taken much time, when we have decided to film the entire music video in my school, which is Vinschool Central Park. The reasons why I chose this place because it is near to my house, therefore convenience to travel back and forth from home to school. We chose the multi-purpose room for the dancing sequel due to the large space so that the dancer can dance comfortably, the Media room where we can film the lip-synching and some parts from the acting sequel, and finally the school ground for the montage.
